Under a month to go until the start of the For Rangers Ultra Marathon!

We have gone over our compulsory kit list about five times and been trying out all the various vegan freeze-dried foods available, settling on the ones we will pack.

Someone in the For Rangers WhatsApp group chat asked if showers would be available at the end of each day at camp and I loved the race director's answer, “Hopefully, but elephants love water and often help themselves to the tanks so we can’t guarantee it.”

Thank you to everyone who said they would pop a few quid on the funding page instead of a 65th birthday card. Huge thanks for donations big and small, and to those that can’t donate that spread the word and raise awareness.
